MCPI Coalition Event: October 28, 2005
Now that MCPI has moved from planning to implementing the Strategic Conservation Framework, the focus of the Coalition meetings has broadened—not only do we want to continue gathering Coalition input on the direction of MCPI’s work, but we also seek to highlight components of tools & training, inspiration, and networking. To this end, the October Coalition gathering included a MCPI update, as well as a fundraising-related training, and a luncheon to celebrate and share experiences about the hard work underway on behalf of coastal conservation in Maine. The event was held from 9:30AM - 2:00PM on Friday, October 28th, at the Maine Maritime Museum (Bath), with features including the following:
